Standard Coverage

We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering driver and LED chip failure under normal operating conditions. During this period, Jetline GlowNation will repair or replace any defective product resulting from a manufacturing fault at no additional cost.

Exclusions

Our warranty is comprehensive, but it does not cover damage caused by external factors. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Physical damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or improper transportation.
• Water ingress for fixtures not officially rated for outdoor/wet environments.
• Power surges, lightning strikes, or improper electrical supply.
• Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or third-party repairs.
• Installation by non-approved or unqualified technicians leading to short circuits.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact your authorized Jetline dealer or reach out directly to our support team with your proof of purchase, serial number, and a description of the issue.
