Shipping Zones & Timelines

Jetline GlowNation provides Pan-India shipping. Because we operate a dealer-direct model from our fulfillment centers in Odisha, delivery times may vary based on your region:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

Note: Custom architectural lighting orders, bulk volume dealer orders, or special IoT configurations may require a manufacturing lead time of 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or listed on the proforma invoice based on volumetric weight and destination. We partner with reliable, insured logistics carriers to ensure your fixtures arrive safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor the delivery status directly with our courier partner.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If your shipment arrives physically damaged, please note it on the courier's delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Return Window

Standard catalog items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Custom or made-to-order fixtures are non-returnable unless defective.
