Retail purchases made through our platform are subject to standard consumer protections, but dealer pricing, bulk orders, and commercial accounts are governed by separate dealer agreements. We reserve the right to verify business credentials before granting dealer access.

2. Product Specifications

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications (including lumens, CRI, and wattage), and images are accurate. However, due to continuous product engineering and improvement, technical specifications may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST will be calculated and added at checkout or on the final proforma invoice. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
